By creating an account on Swapping Wardrobe, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account and transact on Swapping Wardrobe. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@swappingwardrobe.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Listings are subject to admin approval before going live. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that violates our standards without notice.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Funds are held in escrow and released to the seller only after the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction.
Platform fee: Sellers are charged a 10% platform fee deducted from their payout. Buyers are never charged a platform fee.
When proposing a swap, both parties must agree to the exchange. Once a swap is accepted and items are shipped, the transaction is considered binding. Swap disputes are handled under our Returns & Disputes policy.
Prepaid QR shipping labels are generated by Swapping Wardrobe via Australia Post. Sellers must ship items within 3 business days of a confirmed sale or swap. Failure to ship within this window may result in automatic cancellation and account review.
Returns are accepted in the following circumstances:
Buyers must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery. Return eligibility is assessed based on fault — seller fault and carrier fault trigger full refunds including platform fees. Buyer-initiated returns retain the platform fee.

All content on Swapping Wardrobe — including design, copy, branding, and platform code — is the intellectual property of Swapping Wardrobe Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.
Swapping Wardrobe acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not responsible for the quality of items listed by users beyond what is covered under our buyer protection policy. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in dispute.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
